Event Merges

Unscheduled or "rogue" events that appear within your evv system are identified and merged into scheduled events when possible. Remaining events are sent on to Provider to provide missing event data such as service code, etc, to clear open exceptions.

All event exceptions are identified daily and coded into 8 simple categories:

Creates & Sends EVRs To Resolve Event Exceptions

From a daily data file from your evv system, data is managed to create an Exception Verification Request (EVR) Batch of daily event exceptions. EVRs are passed on to the Provider for response processing. Our approach in managing your evv system is really quite simple; If This, Then That. Within each EVR Batch are preselected options to resolve the event exception into a proper billable event.

Documents & Resolves Event Exceptions

Completed EVR Batches are received back from Provider authorizing our team to resolve open exceptions and create documentation to be used for audit prevention and protection. Our Exception Management Module focuses on capturing the most billable revenue for your operation. Have all of the daily exception management functions performed by our people, consistently, systematically and most important— completed with precision!

Identifies & Notifies
Authorization Issues

Events that have no authorization are identified daily, at the event level.  Alert notices are sent to Provider daily, prompting contact with a case manager to resolve any authorization issues in a timely manner. These events are flagged as "PARKED" on a "NoAuth HOLD" awaiting an active authorization to arrive in the system. This allows these events to be monitored and managed until the authorization arrives and event can be properly billed.
